The Cross County Connection quartet was formed in 1990 with a combined barbershop singing experience of over 100 years. We look forward to entertaining your club or social group and we have a wide repertoire for all occasions. The quartet are all proud members of the Singing Cedar Chorus.


Baritone: Jeff Barry has been in Barbershopping for 18 years. Jeff works and lives in Lebanon, PA.


Bass:  Rich Engle is semi retired as a sales rep from A&H Industries. Rich played trumpet in his earlier years. He is an avid Yankees fan and is involved in coaching with American Legion Baseball. He has been Barbershopping for 44 years. Rich lives in Newmanstown PA.


Lead:   Jack Mehling is the youngest member of the quartet with only 17 years barbershopping. Jack is employed by Hershey Entertainment and resorts. In his high school days Jack played trombone in the Baltimore area. Jack's hobbies are cooking and baking and sketching. He lives in Palmyra PA.


Tenor:  Skip Arnold is retired from Lebanon Valley Offset as a lithographer. Skip was also an instrumentalist in his teen years. He was adrummer in high school band and also the local drum corp. He has also performed as drum major in both organizations. He is a Hershey Bears fan since childhood. With 41 years of barbershoping experience, he and his wife Jane live in Lebanon PA.
